Simple Salmon

Ingredients

Whole salmon fillet, deboned and skin on

½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 fresh lemons, cut into discs

2 teaspoons kosher salt, (Audway Salt Blend is preferred)

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

Fresh dill, garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Place salmon on a greased baking sheet. 

  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place lemon discs on top of salmon, evenly spaced out. 

  4. Bake salmon for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.

  5. Remove salmon from oven and garnish with fresh dill. Serve immediately.
