Audrey is a cook, baker, and co-founder of Winn Winn Cafe, known for comforting food made thoughtfully and with intention. A Columbus, Ohio native who has lived on both coasts, her cooking is shaped by place, memory, and curiosity, with roots in the kitchen alongside her Filipina mom and a lifelong love of baking.
After asking for a KitchenAid mixer for her sixth-grade birthday, Audrey taught herself to bake through cookbooks, Food Network, and years of hands-on experience. Early on, she developed a clear point of view centered on simple, approachable recipes, layered seasoning, and food that feels good to make and eat.
In 2020, she began a personal food diary called Audway to document the recipes, flavors, and kitchen rituals she returns to most. Audrey has since been tapped by publications including Food & Wine and Allrecipes for her tastemaking and industry knowledge. That diary lives on through Winn Winn Cafe and Audrey’s signature Audway Salt Blend, inspired by the way she cooks every day and available in store and online at winnwinncafe.com.
Audway is now evolving into a more conversational platform, offering recipes in progress, revisited favorites, and thoughtful notes on taste, intuition, and everyday cooking.
